Thornton Beach is situated between Whakatane and Matata in the Bay of Plenty on the east coast of New Zealand's North Island. From Auckland, it is about a 3.5 hour drive, allowing for some stops on the way. You'll find our Holiday Park at the end of Thornton Beach Road, at the beachfront.
