A Bach that is an affordable reality…

The northern edge of our Holiday Park is home to ‘Lifestyle Villas’. These Leisurebuilt relocatable holiday homes make the dream of owning your own beach accommodation attainable and hassle-free.

Leisurebuilt units can be customised. Select one of the three available interior colours, select one of the available sites and we’ll organize everything else. Once your unit is paid for and built, it will be delivered and set on site soon after – connected and ready to use!

Depending on the site you choose, you’ll pay $5000 +GST per annum for the occupancy licence agreement. This agreement includes 100 free nights for you and your immediate family (parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren) to stay.

The occupancy licence agreement is fixed for three years. Your annual payment covers the rates, water, sewerage, rubbish collection, lawn care and security. The only extra cost is power.

The unit is always yours. If you don’t wish to renew the occupancy licence agreement, you can take your unit away or sell it on. Pets are not allowed and please note that Lifestyle Villas are for holiday accommodation only. Permanent living is not possible.

Bring your tidy caravan, set it up the way you want and start enjoying a home away from home. Utilise all the park facilities including landscaped grounds, cooking, cleaning and washing.

Enjoy the flexibility to pick your holiday times that suit you and not availability. Come and go as you please making use of the park when it’s peaceful and quiet or when were busy – it’s your choice.

Your caravan is always yours. If you don’t wish to renew the occupancy licence agreement, you can take your caravan away. Pets are not allowed and please note that longstary caravans are for holiday accommodation only. Permanent living is not possible. 

Ground maintenance and security is included so you will sleep just as easy when you away from your Caravan.
