From the end of Waitangi Weekend through to 15th December, Thornton Beach Holiday Park offers 20 designated pet‑friendly sites. If you are travelling with a pet, please contact the park directly when booking to ensure a pet‑friendly site is available.

To help everyone enjoy their stay, please note the following conditions:

• Upon arrival, please advise our team and complete the Pet Register.
• Pet‑friendly sites are limited to Sites 1–20 only. Pets are not permitted anywhere else in the park.
• All pets must remain on a lead at all times when outside your designated camping site.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Pets must not pass through the main park area or private residence area to access the beach. Please use the side gate and main entry—this is the same walking distance.
• Pets are not permitted inside units or inside vehicles parked by units.
• Non‑compliance with these rules may result in a fine or being asked to leave the campground.

We kindly ask all pet owners to be respectful and mindful of other guests during their stay.
